Unbothered

Red bleeds down like it's been running for hours, streaking the face without ever softening it. The eyes don't waver no plea in them, no apology. Unbothered isn't about anger burning out of control; it's the stillness on the other side of it, the moment rage settles into resolve. Every drip down this face could read as damage. Here, it reads as armor. This is what it looks like to stop shrinking.
